Objective

The fund mainly invests in REIT's that are listed on Asian-Oceanian markets including Japan, with a focus on valuation such as dividend yield in addition to earnings growth. With the aim for long-term growth of assets via investment in real estate securities such as real estate investment trusts (REIT's) in Asia Pacific countries and regions including Japan. REIT's invested in may include, but are not limited to, residential real estate (apartments), commercial (shopping centers, offices) and industrial (factories, warehouses) sectors. Certain REIT's investments may also engage in real estate financing transactions and other real estate development activities. Investments will focus on capturing investment income via dividends in addition to achieving capital growth over the long-term.
